We run 8 week Mindfulness courses based on the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction model
Level 2 courses are also available for those who have already completed a Mindfulness course and have a regular Mindfulness or other meditation practice

8 Week Mindfulness Courses
During our 8 week Mindfulness course you will learn how mindfulness enhances and deepens your capacity to relax. You will also see how it can help to strengthen your clarity and effectiveness at work with better concentration and calmness. By being more present you can discover spaciousness in your life to help cope with everyday challenges.
We will work with the following themes:

The Four Foundations of Mindfulness
Loving Kindness
Investigative meditation
Western and Buddhist psychology
Panoramic awareness
The course is held in a friendly and supportive environment where you can relax and let go of everyday stress. We draw on current mindfulness teachings and the wisdom and know-how of the Buddhist meditation tradition. Everybody is welcome!
